IRATA Level 3 Team Leader – Fawley (Approx. 6-Month Contract)
📍 Location: Fawley Refinery
📅 Contract Duration: Approx. 6 months
🔧 Type: Contract PAYE or CIS 

Enerveo is a leading Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) company delivering Electrical and Instrumentation works at Fawley Refinery. Our projects include cable containment installations, cable pulling, hazardous area inspections, and on-site maintenance.

We are currently seeking an experienced IRATA Level 3 Team Leader to join our growing team. Based at our Fawley site, you will lead a team of Rope Access Technicians working across various projects.

🔹 Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of IRATA technicians.

  • Demonstrate full proficiency in rope access operations, including rescue, rigging, and hauling systems.

  • Deliver toolbox talks, project briefings, and liaise with customers on-site.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IRATA International Code of Practice (ICOP) and industry legislation.

  • Ensure adherence to our Safe System of Work.

  • Compile risk assessments and method statements.

  • Conduct pre-work site visits alongside our onsite Technical Authority.

🔹 Key Skills & Qualifications

  • IRATA Level 3 Certification with logged hours within the last 6 months.

  • Valid First Aid Certificate.

  • Strong leadership skills and team management experience.

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.

  • Flexible and effective in a fast-paced environment.

  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication.

  • IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Office and digital platforms.

  • Full UK Driving Licence.

🔹 Desirable (Training Can Be Provided)

  • Oil & gas or construction sector experience.

  • SSSTS / SMSTS.

  • CSCS Card.

  • CCNSG Safety Passport.

Hours 

  • Hours: 10-hour days, Sunday to Friday (6 days/week)

  • Travel / Radius Pay and Lodge available if required.

Please note: This is a temporary position. If successful, you will initially be onboarded and employed through our preferred recruitment agency partner. Contracts are initially offered for a period of three months, with the potential to be extended or made permanent, subject to business needs and the candidate’s suitability.
